医学科技文献临床适用度的评价方法_《中国胸心血管外科临床杂志》

目的　探讨医学文献在临床工作中适用度的评价方法，为临床医师寻找最佳证据提供便捷方法。方法　采用Delphi法确定评价文献价值的重要指标，用层次分析法确定各指标的权重系数，进而制定医学科技文献临床适用度的计算公式。最后，对公式计算的结果与专家对文献临床适用度评价的结果进行一致性检验。结果　我们最终确定评价指标5个：发表年代（X1）、目标问题是否被涵盖（X2）、样本量（X3）、试验类型（X4）、杂志等级（X5），得到医学科技文献临床适用度（Y），计算公式为Y= 3.93 X1＋11.78 X2＋14.83 X3＋44.53 X4＋24.93 X5 。医学科技文献临床适用度公式临床有效性的一致性检验结果显示，用医学科技文献临床适用度公式计算的结果与专家意见一致性程度较高（Kappa值=0.75，P＜0.001）。结论　我们研制的医学科技文献临床适用度公式的实用价值较好。
