中医药防治肿瘤具有一定的独特优势。由于中、西医药防治肿瘤的机理和理念差异，盲目借鉴西方临床研究疗效评价方法不利于中药疗效的科学评价。本文从三个角度分析目前中医药辅助治疗肿瘤疗效评价方法突出的关键问题，借鉴生存质量校正法（QAS）的思想，提出体现患者个体动态信息综合价值的中医药辅助治疗肿瘤“二维一体（Two-in-One，TIO）”疗效评价方法，为中医药辅助治疗肿瘤综合疗效的科学评价提供一定的方法学支持。
