目的 探討關(guān)節(jié)鏡手術(shù)聯(lián)合口服鹽酸氨基葡萄糖治療膝骨關(guān)節(jié)炎（KOA）的近期臨床療效。 方法 選取2011年1月－12月具有關(guān)節(jié)鏡手術(shù)指征的KOA患者86例，按手術(shù)順序單雙號(hào)分成兩組，試驗(yàn)組（單號(hào)）行關(guān)節(jié)鏡手術(shù)聯(lián)合口服鹽酸氨基葡萄糖治療，對(duì)照組（雙號(hào)）行關(guān)節(jié)鏡手術(shù)治療。采用Lequesne指數(shù)對(duì)兩組患膝術(shù)前，術(shù)后第4、6周進(jìn)行評(píng)分及療效分析。 結(jié)果 兩組患膝術(shù)前與術(shù)后第4、6周Lequesne指數(shù)得分比較，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P＜0.05）；兩組術(shù)后近期療效比較，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P＜0.05）。 結(jié)論 關(guān)節(jié)鏡手術(shù)聯(lián)合口服鹽酸氨基葡萄糖治療KOA具有良好的近期療效，優(yōu)于單用關(guān)節(jié)鏡手術(shù)治療者。
