• 瀘州醫(yī)學(xué)院附屬醫(yī)院（四川瀘州，646000）1麻醉科，2脊柱外科;

目的　 觀察鹽酸氨基葡萄糖治療腰椎小關(guān)節(jié)骨關(guān)節(jié)炎的臨床療效。 方法　 2010年9月－2012年5月門診就診的160例腰椎小關(guān)節(jié)骨關(guān)節(jié)炎患者隨機(jī)分為兩組進(jìn)行治療，對照組80例，口服非甾體抗炎藥物尼美舒利；試驗組80例，在服用尼美舒利的基礎(chǔ)上加服鹽酸氨基葡萄糖，治療周期為2周。對兩組患者治療前及治療后1、2周后日常生活能力、視覺疼痛模擬、心理測評（采用癥狀自評量表檢測）3項指標(biāo)進(jìn)行檢測，比較兩組的臨床療效，并對患者進(jìn)行3個月隨訪。 結(jié)果 　兩組患者各指標(biāo)檢測結(jié)果顯示，治療后較治療前均明顯改善，試驗組明顯優(yōu)于對照組；總有效率試驗組為97.3%，對照組為86.1%，試驗組明顯優(yōu)于對照組，組間比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P＜0.05）。 結(jié)論 　鹽酸氨基葡萄糖聯(lián)合尼美舒利治療腰椎小關(guān)節(jié)骨關(guān)節(jié)炎具有較好的臨床療效。
