目的  探討地震應(yīng)激對(duì)胃泌素、生長(zhǎng)抑素、血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)水平的影響,為震后災(zāi)區(qū)人群應(yīng)激性潰瘍的防治提供理論依據(jù)。 方法  隨機(jī)抽取四川省人民醫(yī)院2008年5月15日-31日間收治的60名5.12汶川地震災(zāi)民為研究組,58名健康體檢者作為對(duì)照組。分別對(duì)兩組人群進(jìn)行心理調(diào)查,采用酶聯(lián)免疫吸附法測(cè)定血清胃泌素和生長(zhǎng)抑素水平,利用生化法檢測(cè)血清SOD活性和MDA含量,并對(duì)上述各指標(biāo)在兩組間的分布進(jìn)行比較。 結(jié)果  研究組癥狀自評(píng)量表得分高于對(duì)照組(P<0.05);兩組血清胃泌素分別為(1.04 ± 0.67)、(0.74 ± 0.58) ng/mL,研究組高于對(duì)照組(P<0.01);兩組MDA水平分別為(7.16 ± 5.58)、(4.83 ± 4.48) nmol/mL,研究組高于對(duì)照組(P<0.05);而兩組生長(zhǎng)抑素分別為(0.74 ± 0.94)、(1.92 ± 3.05) ng/mL,研究組低于對(duì)照組(P<0.01);兩組SOD分別為(6.06 ± 2.20)、(7.79 ± 1.58)U/mL,研究組低于對(duì)照組(P<0.01)。 結(jié)論  地震可引起生理應(yīng)激狀態(tài),導(dǎo)致機(jī)體在免疫、抗氧化能力、胃腸激素等方面出現(xiàn)一系列變化,胃泌素、生長(zhǎng)抑素等均參與應(yīng)激性疾病的形成,這些變化可能導(dǎo)致地震災(zāi)區(qū)消化性潰瘍高發(fā)。
