目的 　評價(jià)玻璃酸鈉應(yīng)用于膝關(guān)節(jié)半月板損傷行關(guān)節(jié)鏡半月板修整成型術(shù)后患者的近期療效。 方法 　2008年9月－2009年3月，共收治50例膝關(guān)節(jié)半月板損傷患者，男29例，女21例,年齡18～65歲。采用隨機(jī)、對照方法將患者分為兩組：試驗(yàn)組25例，為關(guān)節(jié)鏡術(shù)后應(yīng)用玻璃酸鈉組；對照組25例，為關(guān)節(jié)鏡術(shù)后空白對照組。隨訪時(shí)間3～6個(gè)月，無失訪患者。兩組治療前后采用Lysholm評分對膝關(guān)節(jié)功能進(jìn)行評定。 結(jié)果　 隨訪發(fā)現(xiàn)兩組術(shù)后關(guān)節(jié)癥狀均好轉(zhuǎn)。兩組術(shù)前和術(shù)后1周Lysholm評分差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P≥0.05），兩組術(shù)后2、3、4、5周Lysholm評分差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P＜0.05）。 結(jié)論 　膝關(guān)節(jié)半月板損傷患者，行關(guān)節(jié)鏡手術(shù)后應(yīng)用玻璃酸鈉，有利于其術(shù)后的康復(fù)。
