目的  評價玻璃酸鈉應用于膝關節(jié)半月板損傷行關節(jié)鏡半月板修整成型術后患者的近期療效。 方法  2008年9月-2009年3月,共收治50例膝關節(jié)半月板損傷患者,男29例,女21例,年齡18~65歲。采用隨機、對照方法將患者分為兩組:試驗組25例,為關節(jié)鏡術后應用玻璃酸鈉組;對照組25例,為關節(jié)鏡術后空白對照組。隨訪時間3~6個月,無失訪患者。兩組治療前后采用Lysholm評分對膝關節(jié)功能進行評定。 結果  隨訪發(fā)現(xiàn)兩組術后關節(jié)癥狀均好轉。兩組術前和術后1周Lysholm評分差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P≥0.05),兩組術后2、3、4、5周Lysholm評分差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P<0.05)。 結論  膝關節(jié)半月板損傷患者,行關節(jié)鏡手術后應用玻璃酸鈉,有利于其術后的康復。
