目的 總結(jié)內(nèi)鏡下黏膜剝離術(shù)（ESD）治療早期胃癌的護(hù)理經(jīng)驗(yàn)，為臨床護(hù)理提供參考依據(jù)。 方法 對(duì)2011年1月－12月20例接受ESD治療患者的圍手術(shù)期護(hù)理方法及要點(diǎn)進(jìn)行回顧性總結(jié)。 結(jié)果 20例患者均術(shù)后康復(fù)出院，其中1例術(shù)中發(fā)生穿孔，予鈦夾夾閉，后經(jīng)保守療法痊愈。1例術(shù)后病理示：上皮內(nèi)瘤變及黏膜內(nèi)癌，追加外科手術(shù)。本組患者2個(gè)月后隨訪，內(nèi)鏡復(fù)查無l例病變殘留及復(fù)發(fā)。 結(jié)論 護(hù)理行ESD早期胃癌患者，需具備豐富的臨床護(hù)理經(jīng)驗(yàn)和嫻熟的操作技能，并采用周全有效的護(hù)理措施，方可減少術(shù)后并發(fā)癥，促進(jìn)患者早日康復(fù)。
