目的 觀察比較超聲電導(dǎo)藥物透入治療對(duì)結(jié)腸癌患者術(shù)后腸道功能恢復(fù)的影響。 方法 對(duì)2010年10月－2011年10月?lián)衿谛薪Y(jié)腸癌根治術(shù)的患者100例，按照手術(shù)的先后順序，分為試驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組各50例，對(duì)照組行常規(guī)治療和早期康復(fù)鍛煉，試驗(yàn)組在行常規(guī)治療和早期常規(guī)康復(fù)鍛煉的基礎(chǔ)上使用超聲電導(dǎo)藥物透入治療2次/d，每次30 min。觀察兩組患者術(shù)后腸鳴音恢復(fù)時(shí)間、肛門(mén)排氣時(shí)間、排便時(shí)間及術(shù)后住院天數(shù)。 結(jié)果 試驗(yàn)組患者術(shù)后首次肛門(mén)排氣、排便時(shí)間早于對(duì)照組，術(shù)后住院天數(shù)短于對(duì)照組，差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P＜0.05）。 結(jié)論 結(jié)腸癌患者術(shù)后采用超聲電導(dǎo)藥物透入治療，可促進(jìn)患者腸道功能的恢復(fù)，加速患者康復(fù)。
