目的:初步探討體外血漿脂蛋白過濾器（DELP）對(duì)急性腦梗死患者的臨床療效及安全性。方法:采用隨機(jī)、基礎(chǔ)治療平行對(duì)照試驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)，將符合入選標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的患者隨機(jī)分為兩組:試驗(yàn)組3例，發(fā)病48 h內(nèi)和間隔一天上午接受DELP治療，對(duì)照組2例，僅給予基礎(chǔ)治療。用NIHSS量表，Barthel指數(shù)和改良Rankin評(píng)分評(píng)價(jià)神經(jīng)功能恢復(fù)狀況。結(jié)果:治療后14 d治療組NIHSS降低趨勢(shì)明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組，治療后90 d治療組mRS良好預(yù)后的患者比例顯著高于對(duì)照組。兩組均未發(fā)現(xiàn)明顯不良反應(yīng)，治療前后兩組的實(shí)驗(yàn)室指標(biāo)無(wú)顯著變化。結(jié)論:DELP治療急性腦梗死所致的神經(jīng)功能缺損效果及安全性良好，為臨床急性腦梗死的治療提供了一條新的途徑。
