目的:本研究分析了5·12汶川大地震后4周災(zāi)區(qū)8～16歲兒童青少年的抑郁情緒及其影響因素。方法:在地震發(fā)生后4周，使用兒童自評(píng)的抑郁障礙自評(píng)量表（DSRSC），調(diào)查了1923名來(lái)自于地震災(zāi)區(qū)和受地震影響地區(qū)兒童青少年的情緒狀況。結(jié)果:1923名兒童青少年中DSRSC總分大于或等于劃界分者572人，占總?cè)藬?shù)的29.7%。直接受地震災(zāi)害累及地區(qū)的兒童青少年抑郁得分高于受地震影響地區(qū)兒童青少年；女性兒童青少年的抑郁得分高于男性；地震災(zāi)區(qū)兒童青少年的DSRSC總分與年齡，震后被轉(zhuǎn)移至安全地點(diǎn)的時(shí)間，家人、老師/同學(xué)在地震中的情況呈正相關(guān)。結(jié)論:汶川大地震對(duì)兒童青少年的情緒狀況具有影響。地震后，兒童青少年的情緒狀況還受到性別、年齡等因素的影響。
