• 四川大學(xué)華西醫(yī)院耳鼻咽喉-頭頸外科，四川成都 610041;

目的:探討腺樣體切除術(shù)治療兒童分泌性中耳炎及鼾癥的臨床療效。方法:對(duì)住院行腺樣體切除術(shù)的120例分泌性中耳炎及鼾癥患兒的臨床表現(xiàn)、治療方法和預(yù)后進(jìn)行回顧性分析。結(jié)果:120例患兒經(jīng)切除肥大的腺樣體，輔以相應(yīng)的藥物治療，臨床癥狀均明顯好轉(zhuǎn)。結(jié)論:腺樣體肥大較易成為兒童分泌性中耳炎及鼾癥發(fā)病的基礎(chǔ)因素。切除肥大的腺樣體是治療兒童分泌性中耳炎及鼾癥有效、安全的方法。
