摘要:目的:探討低溫雙極射頻消融技術(shù)治療多平面阻塞性睡眠呼吸暫停低通氣綜合征(obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome,OSAHS)的價值。方法:對67例多平面OSAHS患者采用低溫雙極射頻消融治療,根據(jù)術(shù)前、術(shù)后癥狀改善情況及多導(dǎo)睡眠監(jiān)測(polysomnography,PSG)結(jié)果的比較判定療效。結(jié)果:67例患者中治愈21例,顯效22例,有效15例,無效9例,總有效率86.57%。術(shù)前與術(shù)后1年AHI和SaO2結(jié)果經(jīng)t檢驗,差異有顯著性(P<0.01)。所有病例均無并發(fā)癥發(fā)生。結(jié)論:低溫雙極射頻消融術(shù)治療阻塞性睡眠呼吸暫停低通氣綜合征(OSAHS)療效肯定,特別是同期治療多平面阻塞安全可靠,具有獨特的優(yōu)勢。
