目的:采用常壓間歇性低氧(intermittent hypoxia,IH)大鼠的動物模型,觀察間歇性常壓低氧預處理的促血管生成作用。方法:成年雄性Wistar大鼠25只,體重210~215 g,隨機分為2大組:對照組(C組,n=5)和間歇性低氧預處理組(IH組,n=20)。IH組動物進行間歇性低氧預處理(4 h/d,間歇缺氧1 d者為IH1組,7 d者為IH2組,14 d者為IH3組,28 d者為IH4組),按計劃完成實驗后測定心肌血管內皮生長因子(VEGF) 蛋白表達及毛細血管密度。結果:間歇性低氧預處理大鼠心肌VEGF蛋白表達增加,心肌毛細血管密度增高。結論:間歇性低氧預處理能促進大鼠心肌內的血管生成,其機制可能與心肌VEGF表達增高有關。
