目的  探討甲狀旁腺微血管解剖在甲狀腺囊內(nèi)切除術中的意義。
方法  以“甲狀旁腺微血管解剖、囊內(nèi)技術及保護”為關鍵詞進行檢索,篩選近30年來的相關文獻,就甲狀旁腺微血管解剖在甲狀腺囊內(nèi)切除術中的意義進行綜述。
結果  甲狀旁腺血管的數(shù)量、起源、長度和供應方式有眾多情況,囊內(nèi)切除甲狀腺時應采取針對性措施。
結論  充分認識甲狀旁腺微血管解剖有助于運用囊內(nèi)技術保護甲狀旁腺功能。
