目的  對(duì)外科手術(shù)治療2型糖尿病研究領(lǐng)域的經(jīng)典引文文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行分析,以探討其科研發(fā)展歷程和未來(lái)研究的方向。
方法  檢索截止到2012年10月30日的科學(xué)索引SCI數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)(SCI Expanded) 收錄的英文文獻(xiàn),獲得有關(guān)2型糖尿病外科治療領(lǐng)域的50篇經(jīng)典引文文獻(xiàn),并對(duì)其引用頻次、類型、發(fā)表時(shí)間、作者、研究機(jī)構(gòu)、國(guó)家和登載雜志進(jìn)行分析。
結(jié)果  50篇經(jīng)典引文共被引用12 138次,平均每篇文獻(xiàn)242.76次,引用次數(shù)在242次以上的有13篇。最高引用頻次為1 751次,為2004年Buchwald H發(fā)表在JAMA雜志上的有關(guān)減肥手術(shù)的綜述分析,即對(duì)收錄的136個(gè)研究共計(jì)22 094例患者資料進(jìn)行的Meta分析。經(jīng)典引文最早發(fā)表于1990年,1990~1999年10年期間發(fā)表了10篇文獻(xiàn),2000~2009年10年期間發(fā)表了40篇文獻(xiàn)。有10篇綜述, 2篇社評(píng),38篇原創(chuàng)論著;原創(chuàng)論著中基礎(chǔ)研究20篇,臨床研究18篇,其中臨床腹腔鏡手術(shù)研究11篇。50篇文獻(xiàn)發(fā)表在18種高水平學(xué)術(shù)期刊雜志上,其中在《外科學(xué)年鑒》 (Annals of Surgery)和 《肥胖學(xué)研究》 (Obesity Research)上發(fā)表篇數(shù)最多,各有10篇文獻(xiàn)。50篇經(jīng)典引文來(lái)自14個(gè)國(guó)家,最多來(lái)自美國(guó)(22篇)。發(fā)表2篇經(jīng)典引文文獻(xiàn)的研究機(jī)構(gòu)有美國(guó)弗吉尼亞醫(yī)科大學(xué)、澳大利亞莫納什大學(xué)和美國(guó)東卡羅來(lái)納州立大學(xué);參與發(fā)表3篇論文的作者有兩位,為Cummings DE和Rubino F。
結(jié)論  有關(guān)外科治療2型糖尿病的經(jīng)典引文,主要是1990年后由歐美科研人員和機(jī)構(gòu)發(fā)表在以美國(guó)為主的高水平學(xué)術(shù)雜志的文獻(xiàn)。
