目的  總結(jié)非甾體類抗炎藥抗腫瘤機理的研究進展。
方法  查閱近年來國內(nèi)外關(guān)于非甾體類抗炎藥抗腫瘤機理的相關(guān)文獻,就其研究進展進行綜述。
結(jié)果  非甾體類抗炎藥抗腫瘤的機理是多層次、多位點的。
結(jié)論  非甾體類抗炎藥有望成為結(jié)直腸癌高危人群的預防用藥和結(jié)直腸癌根治術(shù)后的化療輔助用藥,用于預防術(shù)后腫瘤的復發(fā)。
