目的 探討腹腔鏡與小切口直腸癌根治術(shù)對(duì)患者機(jī)體細(xì)胞免疫功能的影響。
方法 選取2010年1月至2011年6月期間我院行腹腔鏡及小切口直腸癌根治患者102例，其中腹腔鏡組53例，小切口組49例。 采用流式細(xì)胞儀測(cè)定患者術(shù)前1d及術(shù)后第1及第5天外周血中CD3、CD4+、CD8+、CD19及NK細(xì)胞比例的變化，研究不同手術(shù)方式對(duì)患者細(xì)胞免疫功能的影響。
結(jié)果 術(shù)后第1及第5天，腹腔鏡組和小切口組患者的CD3、CD4+、CD8+、CD19及NK細(xì)胞比例（數(shù)）均較術(shù)前明顯降低（P＜0.05）。同腹腔鏡組比較，小切口組術(shù)前及術(shù)后CD3、CD4+、CD8+、CD19及NK細(xì)胞比例（數(shù)）的差異均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P＞0.05）。
結(jié)論 腹腔鏡與小切口直腸癌根治對(duì)患者機(jī)體細(xì)胞免疫功能的無(wú)明顯影響。
