目的了解多層螺旋CT血管造影(MSCTA)技術(shù)在評價胰腺癌血管浸潤的價值。方法采用MSCTA技術(shù)對38例胰腺癌患者進行術(shù)前檢查，利用多平面重建和最大密度投影技術(shù)結(jié)合橫斷面圖像對胰腺癌血管浸潤情況進行評價，并與手術(shù)結(jié)果進行對照分析。結(jié)果MSCTA檢查結(jié)果顯示38例胰腺癌患者中有12例(31.6%)存在血管浸潤，手術(shù)結(jié)果顯示有16例(42.1%)存在血管浸潤，兩種結(jié)果有較強的吻合度(kappa=0.665，P=0.000)。MSCTA檢查的靈敏度為68.8%(11/16)，特異度為95.5%(21/22)。結(jié)論MSCTA技術(shù)評價胰腺癌血管浸潤具有較高的正確率，且與手術(shù)結(jié)果有較強的一致性，具有一定的臨床應用價值。
