目的分析胰腺實(shí)性假乳頭狀瘤(solid pseudopapillary tumors of pancreas, SPTP) 的CT 表現(xiàn)。方法觀察8例SPTP患者的CT 表現(xiàn)，并與手術(shù)病理結(jié)果對(duì)照分析。結(jié)果8例SPTP均為單發(fā)、外突性生長的囊實(shí)性腫塊，其中4例呈類圓形，2例呈卵圓形，2例呈淺分葉狀。 增強(qiáng)后4例腫瘤實(shí)性部分輕中度強(qiáng)化，動(dòng)脈期與門靜脈期無明顯差異。 7例包膜完整，5例見壁結(jié)節(jié)，2例伴出血，5例伴鈣化，1例伴胰管擴(kuò)張，1例伴肝臟轉(zhuǎn)移，1例伴胃后壁受侵。 8 例鏡下見假乳頭狀結(jié)構(gòu)以及出血、壞死及囊性變。結(jié)論SPTP的CT 表現(xiàn)具有一定的特征性，反映其病理特征，有助于診斷及鑒別診斷。
