目的 探討HBsAg陽(yáng)性肝細(xì)胞肝癌（HCC）患者乙型肝炎病毒（HBV）DNA基因型與其患HCC之間的關(guān)系。方法 運(yùn)用PCR條帶分析與基因測(cè)序相結(jié)合的方法對(duì)我院500例HBsAg陽(yáng)性患者（其中HCC患者150例）的HBV DNA進(jìn)行分型，并對(duì)分型結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果 HBV DNA B型和C型基因型是HBsAg陽(yáng)性HCC患者和非HCC患者的共同優(yōu)勢(shì)基因型，但HCC患者中C型基因型所占比例為65.33%（98/150），明顯高于非HCC患者的25.14%（88/350），而B型則相反，分別為28.67%（43/150）與68.86%（241/350），χ2=75.45，P lt;0.05。HCC患者中，HBV的B型與C型基因型分布在不同性別及不同年齡段之間的差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P gt;0.05）。結(jié)論 HBV DNA C型基因型在HCC患者中多見(jiàn)，可能與HCC的發(fā)生有關(guān)。
