目的  探討胃泌素瘤的診斷和治療經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
方法  回顧綿陽(yáng)市中心醫(yī)院確診的2例胃泌素瘤患者的臨床資料，并結(jié)合相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)分析。
結(jié)果  2例均表現(xiàn)為難治性消化性潰瘍，CT檢查發(fā)現(xiàn)胰腺包塊，生化與病理檢測(cè)確診為胃泌素瘤。
結(jié)論  對(duì)多發(fā)性、異位、頑固性消化性潰瘍應(yīng)警惕本病的存在，以免延誤診治.
