目的  探討胃癌組織中第10號(hào)染色體同源缺失性磷酸酶-張力蛋白(PTEN)、Fas/FasL和基質(zhì)金屬蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)的表達(dá)及其與胃癌生物學(xué)行為的關(guān)系。方法  選擇臨床及病理資料齊全的胃癌蠟塊標(biāo)本75例,另取正常胃黏膜組織15例作對(duì)照,采用SP免疫組化方法檢測(cè)PTEN、Fas/FasL和MMP-2在其中的表達(dá)。采用χ2檢驗(yàn)和相關(guān)分析作統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析。結(jié)果  PTEN、Fas/FasL及MMP-2的表達(dá)與胃癌的浸潤(rùn)深度、淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移、TNM分期及腫瘤的組織分化程度均有關(guān)(P lt;0.05)。PTEN和Fas/FasL的表達(dá)呈正相關(guān)(r=0.401,P lt;0.001),MMP-2與Fas/FasL的表達(dá)呈負(fù)相關(guān)(r=-0.720,P lt;0.001),MMP-2與PTEN的表達(dá)呈負(fù)相關(guān)(r=-0.336,P lt;0.001)。結(jié)論  胃癌組織中PTEN、Fas/FasL及MMP-2的表達(dá)陽(yáng)性率可以成為胃癌診斷和預(yù)后的判斷指標(biāo)。
