目的 探討納米炭吸附5-FU淋巴靶向化療對胃癌組織、轉(zhuǎn)移淋巴結(jié)及正常胃組織中bcl-2、bax及caspase-3表達的影響。
方法 將2005年10月至2006年8月在我科住院的28例胃癌患者分為淋巴靶向化療（ＬＮＴＣ）組（ n =14）和對照組（ n =14）。ＬＮＴＣ組先以納米炭吸附5-FU行淋巴靶向化療后再行手術(shù)，對照組直接手術(shù)。術(shù)畢取胃癌組織、轉(zhuǎn)移淋巴結(jié)及正常胃組織，采用免疫組化法檢測其中bcl-2、bax及caspase-3表達情況。
結(jié)果 ＬＮＴＣ組中胃癌組織及轉(zhuǎn)移淋巴結(jié)內(nèi)bcl-2表達陽性率低于對照組（28.6% 比78.6% ，25.0% 比70.0% ），bax表達陽性率高于對照組（85.7% 比28.6% ，80.0% 比30.0% ），caspase-3表達陽性率高于對照組（57.1% 比14.3% ， 55.0%比15.0% ），2組間差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（ P ＜ 0.05）； 正常胃組織中三者表達陽性率2組間差異無統(tǒng)計學意義（ P ＞ 0.05)。
結(jié)論 納米炭吸附5-FU淋巴靶向化療可使胃癌組織及轉(zhuǎn)移淋巴結(jié)內(nèi)bcl-2表達下降，bax和 caspase-3 表達增加，影響這些凋亡調(diào)節(jié)分子表達可能是其誘導腫瘤細胞凋亡的機理之一。
