目的 評價影像學(xué)技術(shù)在肝脂肪變性的定性及定量診斷中的價值. 方法 對比超聲、CT及MRI對肝脂肪變性的定性及定量診斷的臨床應(yīng)用現(xiàn)況,總結(jié)它們各自的進(jìn)展情況及其優(yōu)、缺點(diǎn). 結(jié)果 超聲可對肝脂肪變性的定性及定量診斷進(jìn)行初步的篩選和估計,CT對肝脂肪變性的定量診斷更為可靠,MRI則具有更高的靈敏度和特異性. 結(jié)論 影像學(xué)在肝脂肪變性的定性及定量診斷中具有重要的臨床價值,特別是MRI波譜成像及雙梯度回波成像可對肝脂肪變性作出準(zhǔn)確的定量診斷.
