目的  綜述熱休克蛋白70(heat shock protein 70,HSP70)疫苗在消化道腫瘤中的研究進(jìn)展。
方法  對近年來的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行分析。
結(jié)果  HSP70能與腫瘤特異性抗原結(jié)合,形成HSP70-多肽復(fù)合物; 它作為“分子伴侶”參與腫瘤免疫作用,激活機(jī)體特異和非特異免疫反應(yīng)。
結(jié)論  HSP70的應(yīng)用在消化道腫瘤的預(yù)防和治療中顯示出誘人的前景。
