目的 檢測組織因子(TF)在肝癌組織中的表達(dá)并探討其臨床意義。方法 采用RT-PCR方法檢測肝癌、癌旁及對照組肝組織(各27例)中TF mRNA的表達(dá),并結(jié)合臨床病理資料進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果 TF在肝癌組織中的表達(dá)陽性率及相對表達(dá)強度分別為62.96%(17/27)和0.567±0.268,均較癌旁組織的33.33%(9/27)和0.469±0.184及對照組肝組織的29.63%(8/27)和0.353±0.121高(P<0.05),其相對表達(dá)強度與腫瘤大小、肝內(nèi)和肝外轉(zhuǎn)移及門靜脈癌栓有關(guān)(P<0.05),而與患者性別、AFP、HBsAg、是否合并肝硬變、腫瘤分化程度、癌灶數(shù)目、包膜浸潤及淋巴轉(zhuǎn)移均無關(guān)(P>0.05)。結(jié)論 TF在肝癌組織中的表達(dá)升高與部分侵襲轉(zhuǎn)移指標(biāo)有關(guān),提示其可能參與了肝細(xì)胞癌的發(fā)生及侵襲、轉(zhuǎn)移。
