【摘要】目的 探討99锝-tetrofosmin乳腺掃描在鑒別可捫及的乳腺包塊良惡性質(zhì)方面的價(jià)值。 方法 2000年6月至2002年1月在我院臨床發(fā)現(xiàn)乳腺包塊的104例患者接受了99锝-tetrofosmin乳腺掃描。檢查時(shí)先經(jīng)病變對(duì)側(cè)肘靜脈注射740 MBq顯像劑，注射后5、10及20 min 分別采集前位和側(cè)位圖像。距陣256×256，每幀記數(shù)1～1.5 M，將99锝-tetrofosmin在乳房局部濃聚視為親腫瘤顯像陽性。全部病例以術(shù)后病理結(jié)果為金標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，以四格表進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)分析。 結(jié)果 99锝-tetrofosmin在對(duì)可捫及的乳腺包塊性質(zhì)進(jìn)行鑒別診斷時(shí)，特異性為84%，敏感性為87%，準(zhǔn)確性為86%，陽性預(yù)測(cè)值為85%，陰性預(yù)測(cè)值為86%。 結(jié)論 99锝-tetrofosmin在對(duì)可捫及的乳腺包塊進(jìn)行良惡性質(zhì)的鑒別時(shí)，不失為一種較為準(zhǔn)確的方法。
