【摘要】目的 探討胃癌腹膜播散轉(zhuǎn)移的分子機(jī)理。
方法對(duì)近年國(guó)內(nèi)、外有關(guān)胃癌腹膜轉(zhuǎn)移機(jī)理研究方面的文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行綜述。
結(jié)果胃癌腹膜轉(zhuǎn)移與癌細(xì)胞活性及腹膜特征有關(guān),并且需要多種黏附分子、蛋白水解酶、細(xì)胞因子及血管生成因子的共同參與。
結(jié)論胃癌腹膜轉(zhuǎn)移是多因子協(xié)同作用的結(jié)果。
