【摘要】目的結(jié)合解剖學基礎(chǔ),探討腹膜后間隙感染性病變的多排螺旋CT表現(xiàn)。
方法收集30例CT掃描發(fā)現(xiàn)腹膜后間隙存在異常、經(jīng)臨床、實驗室檢查等證實為感染性病變的病例,分析其CT和臨床資料。CT檢查包括平掃和增強后門靜脈期掃描,并對CT數(shù)據(jù)進行冠、矢狀位的多平面圖像重組等后處理。
結(jié)果胰腺炎和腎臟感染是造成腹膜后間隙感染性改變的主要病因。依解剖區(qū)域的不同,炎癥在腹膜后不同間隙內(nèi)(腎旁前間隙、腎周間隙和腎旁后間隙)呈現(xiàn)不同的分布特點和相應的CT征象; 炎癥的跨間隙蔓延現(xiàn)象也較普遍。
結(jié)論多排螺旋CT可以全面、準確地顯示腹膜后間隙感染性病變的原發(fā)病灶、毗鄰組織器官、炎癥蔓延范圍等解剖細節(jié)。
