目的 探討超聲檢查對(duì)肝破裂的診斷價(jià)值。
方法 對(duì)120例肝破裂患者行超聲檢查，將其診斷與術(shù)中對(duì)照的臨床資料進(jìn)行回顧性分析。
結(jié)果 本組120例患者，經(jīng)超聲檢查診斷： 肝實(shí)質(zhì)離斷傷55例，肝實(shí)質(zhì)挫裂傷38例，肝包膜下血腫12例，肝癌自發(fā)性破裂7例，超聲檢查診斷肝破裂共計(jì)112例，與術(shù)中探查結(jié)果對(duì)照其診斷符合率為93.3%。
結(jié)論 超聲檢查對(duì)肝破裂的臨床診斷具有較高的實(shí)際應(yīng)用價(jià)值，可作為臨床診斷肝破裂的重要檢查方法之一。
