目的  對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)原位肝移植（orthotopic liver transplantation，OLT）術(shù)后并發(fā)癥的影像學(xué)檢查方法進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。
方法  對(duì)OLT術(shù)后并發(fā)癥的影像學(xué)檢查結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析，并對(duì)各類并發(fā)癥的相關(guān)影像學(xué)表現(xiàn)加以總結(jié)。
結(jié)果  B超可用作OLT術(shù)后并發(fā)癥的早期篩查； 彩色多譜勒超聲能早期發(fā)現(xiàn)血管性并發(fā)癥； 螺旋CT和MRI對(duì)術(shù)后血管性和（或）膽管性并發(fā)癥、肝實(shí)質(zhì)本身異常以及肝外轉(zhuǎn)移性并發(fā)癥有很高的診斷價(jià)值； 對(duì)排斥反應(yīng)，目前影像學(xué)檢查還無(wú)特征性表現(xiàn)。
結(jié)論  影像學(xué)檢查（特別是超聲、螺旋CT和MRI）在OLT術(shù)后各類并發(fā)癥的診斷中具有重要的作用。
