目的  總結(jié)原發(fā)及轉(zhuǎn)移性小腸系膜腫瘤的CT征象及重要鑒別診斷。
方法  在復(fù)習(xí)小腸系膜的解剖、腫瘤轉(zhuǎn)移到小腸系膜途徑的基礎(chǔ)上，討論了原發(fā)及轉(zhuǎn)移性小腸系膜腫瘤的常見及少見類型、CT表現(xiàn)及主要鑒別診斷。
結(jié)果  CT特別是多排螺旋CT檢查可以很好地顯示小腸系膜腫瘤，結(jié)合臨床病史和其他相關(guān)資料，可與炎性及血管性病變相鑒別。
結(jié)論  CT是評價小腸系膜腫瘤的首要影像學(xué)檢查方法。
