目的介紹纖維乳管鏡在乳腺疾病的臨床應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀、價值及發(fā)展前景。 方法綜述纖維乳管鏡在乳腺疾病臨床應(yīng)用的研究進(jìn)展。 結(jié)果纖維乳管鏡在乳腺疾病尤其是伴乳頭溢液者應(yīng)用廣泛,已顯示出較乳管造影等常規(guī)檢查方法更高的診斷準(zhǔn)確率,且可同時行乳管沖洗和鏡下定位、活檢、治療。結(jié)論纖維乳管鏡具有較高的診斷和治療價值,是一種很好的內(nèi)鏡技術(shù),相信能被更好地應(yīng)用和發(fā)展。
