目的建立穩(wěn)定的大鼠部分肝移植動(dòng)脈化模型,并觀察術(shù)后病理變化。方法采用改良二袖套法建立大鼠部分肝移植模型,并進(jìn)行供體的腹腔動(dòng)脈與受體的右腎動(dòng)脈端端吻合,采用肝穿刺活檢技術(shù)于術(shù)后1 d、2 d、4 d及7 d行肝活檢。結(jié)果動(dòng)物術(shù)后1周存活率為 85.4%。病理組織學(xué)檢查術(shù)后第2天可見細(xì)胞核有絲分裂象,第4天偶見細(xì)胞核有絲分裂象,第4、7天可見雙核細(xì)胞。結(jié)論通過技術(shù)改進(jìn),提高了模型建立的穩(wěn)定性。肝穿刺活檢技術(shù)是進(jìn)行大鼠肝移植術(shù)后相關(guān)問題研究的簡便、安全、可行的方法。肝動(dòng)脈的重建可能加速了移植肝的術(shù)后再生。
