目的總結(jié)對高危頸動(dòng)脈狹窄患者的治療經(jīng)驗(yàn)。方法回顧性分析我院2001年至今收治的24例高危頸動(dòng)脈狹窄患者的病變特點(diǎn)、治療方式和療效，重點(diǎn)討論頸動(dòng)脈支架和轉(zhuǎn)流管的應(yīng)用指征和注意事項(xiàng)。結(jié)果24例患者均手術(shù)治療，其中11例行支架成形術(shù)，13例行轉(zhuǎn)流管下的頸動(dòng)脈內(nèi)膜切除術(shù)。手術(shù)均獲成功，術(shù)后30 d內(nèi)無死亡、致殘性中風(fēng)及缺血性神經(jīng)損害。結(jié)論對手術(shù)高?；颊?，選擇性應(yīng)用支架成形術(shù)和頸動(dòng)脈轉(zhuǎn)流管，可有效減少并發(fā)癥，提高療效。
