目的探討核因子-kappa B(NF-κB)在血管成形術(shù)后再狹窄中的作用。 方法對國內(nèi)、外近5年的有關(guān)文獻進行綜述。結(jié)果在血管成形術(shù)后NF-κB可引起平滑肌細胞增生及凋亡減少,導(dǎo)致血管內(nèi)膜過度增生。結(jié)論NF-κB在血管成形術(shù)后再狹窄中起著重要作用。
