目的探討梗阻性黃疸大鼠脂多糖結(jié)合蛋白在不同梗阻時(shí)間的變化及其增敏機(jī)理。方法將80只雄性Wistar大鼠隨機(jī)分為梗阻性黃疸組(OJ組,n=40)和假手術(shù)組(SO組,n=40),分別于膽總管結(jié)扎手術(shù)前及手術(shù)后5 d、10 d、15 d、20 d檢測(cè)兩組大鼠血清中脂多糖結(jié)合蛋白及血漿中內(nèi)毒素、TNF-α和IL-6水平,每組每一時(shí)相點(diǎn)各取8只大鼠。結(jié)果OJ組大鼠在膽總管結(jié)扎術(shù)后10 d,其血清中脂多糖結(jié)合蛋白值為(11.25±2.41) mg/L,較SO組〔(5.32±1.35) mg/L〕明顯升高(P<0.05), 且隨著梗阻時(shí)間的延長(zhǎng)而進(jìn)一步升高。相關(guān)分析顯示,血清脂多糖結(jié)合蛋白與血漿內(nèi)毒素、TNF-α和IL-6在大部分時(shí)相呈明顯正相關(guān)。結(jié)論梗阻性黃疸時(shí)血清脂多糖結(jié)合蛋白水平升高,其增敏作用在梗阻性黃疸多器官損害中可能具有重要的作用。由此提示,通過降低血清中脂多糖結(jié)合蛋白,阻斷其增敏作用,可為防治梗阻性黃疸提供一種新的思路。
