目的探討膽囊切除術與幽門螺桿菌感染的關系。方法研究組為膽囊結石膽囊炎患者111例，與研究組相匹配的有上消化道癥狀而無膽囊結石的患者577例作為對照組,所有患者均行 13C呼氣試驗，以檢查胃內活動性幽門螺桿菌（Hp）感染，比較膽囊結石組和對照組人群Hp感染率。膽囊結石組中Hp陽性患者術后均行一療程根治Hp治療，隨訪3~6個月。結果膽囊結石組Hp感染率為45.9%，對照組Hp感染率為27.4%，前者明顯高于后者(P＜0.01)； 膽囊切除術后 Hp陽性患者根治Hp治療后隨訪3~6個月，均未見明顯的上腹部隱痛、飽脹不適等癥狀。結論膽囊結石膽囊炎患者Hp感染率較高，Hp可能是引起“膽囊切除術后綜合征”的因素之一，膽囊切除術后積極根治Hp有助于提高手術效果。
