目的  評價pTNM分期對肝癌肝移植療效的預(yù)測價值。
方法  對1993年4月至2003年1月我科59例采用肝移植治療的肝癌患者的臨床資料進(jìn)行回顧性分析，按pTNM分期原則進(jìn)行臨床分期，比較各期間肝癌肝移植的療效。
結(jié)果  pTNM分期中Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲa和Ⅳa期的肝癌肝移植術(shù)后1年生存率分別為66.67%、66.67%、40.91%和31.75%，2年生存率分別為66.67%、66.67%、21.29%和31.75%，各期間術(shù)后累計(jì)生存率無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異。
結(jié)論  pTNM分期并不適用于肝癌肝移植的術(shù)前分期。
