目的  探討邊緣供肝的種類及其在肝移植中的應(yīng)用前景。
方法  復(fù)習(xí)國外有關(guān)邊緣供肝應(yīng)用于臨床肝移植的最新進(jìn)展。
結(jié)果  高齡供體、缺血時(shí)限較長供體、腦死亡供體和脂肪肝供體是幾種臨床意義較大的邊緣供肝。
結(jié)論  雖然邊緣供肝的使用給肝臟移植帶來負(fù)面效應(yīng)，然而其能擴(kuò)大供肝來源且療效確切。
