目的  探討乙肝相關(guān)疾病患者肝移植術(shù)后乙型肝炎病毒（HBV）再感染的防治。
方法  復(fù)習(xí)有關(guān)文獻(xiàn)并進(jìn)行綜述。
結(jié)果  與HBV有關(guān)的急、慢性肝病是肝移植的主要適應(yīng)證，但未作預(yù)防者移植后HBV再感染率可達(dá)80%~100%，對(duì)移植肝的存活和患者的生存有重大的影響。如何防治肝移植后乙型肝炎的復(fù)發(fā)，成為急需解決的問題。經(jīng)過一系列的摸索，目前已有許多用于防治HBV再感染的藥物，包括抗乙肝免疫球蛋白、干擾素、核苷類似物等，其各自有不同的應(yīng)用特點(diǎn)，在單獨(dú)及聯(lián)合用藥方面也有了新的研究進(jìn)展。
結(jié)論  肝移植是治療乙肝相關(guān)疾病的有效方法，圍手術(shù)期的積極藥物治療，對(duì)提高乙肝相關(guān)疾病患者肝移植的成功率至關(guān)重要。
