目的  對(duì)比分析菲立磁增強(qiáng)掃描與螺旋CT增強(qiáng)掃描對(duì)局灶性肝病的定性診斷價(jià)值。
方法  收集經(jīng)本院完成螺旋CT增強(qiáng)掃描及菲立磁增強(qiáng)MRI掃描且臨床、手術(shù)病理證實(shí)為局灶性肝病者26例57個(gè)病灶,采用分組盲法受試者操作特性(ROC)曲線分析對(duì)比評(píng)價(jià)菲立磁增強(qiáng)MRI與螺旋CT增強(qiáng)掃描對(duì)局灶性肝病的定性診斷價(jià)值。
結(jié)果  平掃+菲立磁增強(qiáng)MRI組ROC曲線下面積(Az值)最大,為0.926 0,準(zhǔn)確性為86.8%,差異有顯著性意義(P<0.05)。螺旋CT增強(qiáng)掃描、MRI平掃及單獨(dú)分析菲立磁增強(qiáng)MRI 3種方法之間差異無顯著性意義(P gt;0.05)。
結(jié)論  菲立磁增強(qiáng)MRI對(duì)肝局灶性病變的定性診斷價(jià)值高于螺旋CT增強(qiáng)掃描。聯(lián)合分析平掃+菲立磁增強(qiáng)MRI較單獨(dú)分析菲立磁增強(qiáng)能明顯改善病灶的定性診斷能力。
