目的  探討慢性乙型病毒性肝炎（簡(jiǎn)稱慢乙肝）的異常CT征象。
方法  收集慢乙肝患者120例，均經(jīng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的螺旋CT增強(qiáng)雙期掃描，觀察肝臟、膽囊、脾臟、淋巴結(jié)及胸、腹腔改變。
結(jié)果  慢乙肝的異常CT表現(xiàn)包括： ①肝臟質(zhì)地不均、密度降低； ②肝臟外形、輪廓不光滑； ③肝內(nèi)血管周圍“暈環(huán)征”； ④膽囊壁增厚和膽囊窩水腫； ⑤脾臟增大； ⑥腹腔淋巴結(jié)腫大、增多； ⑦腹腔積液； ⑧側(cè)支循環(huán)建立等肝硬變表現(xiàn)； ⑨繼發(fā)胸部改變（胸膜增厚、胸腔積液和心包積液）。
結(jié)論  慢乙肝可出現(xiàn)一些涉及肝、膽囊、淋巴結(jié)、脾臟等結(jié)構(gòu)的異常CT征象。
