目的  研究大鼠甲狀旁腺細(xì)胞經(jīng)培養(yǎng)后再移植對(duì)其存活的影響。
方法  將經(jīng)膠原酶和胰蛋白酶消化的甲狀旁腺細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)后再行移植,觀察移植物的存活情況,并對(duì)移植物做透射電鏡觀察。
結(jié)果  新鮮甲狀旁腺移植組平均存活期為(9.25±3.45) d; 甲狀旁腺細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)后移植,移植物的存活時(shí)間為(46.25±7.44) d,明顯延長(zhǎng) (P<0.01),在50 d觀察期內(nèi),8只鼠中有6只的血清鈣及PTH值持續(xù)在正常范圍內(nèi)。移植物內(nèi)可見完整的甲狀旁腺細(xì)胞,其內(nèi)見豐富的粗面內(nèi)質(zhì)網(wǎng)、桿狀的線粒體及分泌顆粒。
結(jié)論  大鼠甲狀旁腺細(xì)胞經(jīng)培養(yǎng)后再移植可以延長(zhǎng)移植物的存活時(shí)間,是治療甲狀旁腺功能低下癥的一條有效途徑。
