目的  探討中藥三七總苷對急性壞死性胰腺炎(ANP)大鼠的治療作用及腸道細菌易位的影響。
方法  逆行膽胰管注射5%?;悄懰徕c溶液制成ANP模型。90只大鼠隨機分為假手術(shù)組、ANP組和治療組,每組各30只。每組10只觀察1周生存率; 另每組各20只觀察術(shù)后不同時相血清淀粉酶及胰腺、肝、脾、肺和腸系膜淋巴結(jié)細菌培養(yǎng)情況及病理組織學變化。
結(jié)果  治療組的存活率明顯高于ANP組,術(shù)后12 h及24 h血清淀粉酶明顯低于ANP組,治療組胰腺、肝、脾、肺及腸系膜淋巴結(jié)細菌培養(yǎng)陽性率亦低于ANP組,治療組病理損害明顯輕于ANP組。
結(jié)論  中藥三七總苷可保護腸黏膜屏障從而減少腸道細菌易位。
