目的  探討肝細(xì)胞癌門靜脈癌栓所致門靜脈海綿樣變性(cavernous transformation of the portal vein, CTPV)側(cè)支血管的多排螺旋CT血管成像顯示技術(shù)。
方法  18例肝細(xì)胞癌門靜脈癌栓所致CTPV患者,注入造影劑后行門脈期增強掃描,采用薄層圖像重建后再行二維和三維血管成像,包括最大強度投影法(MIP)、表面遮蓋法(SSD)及容積再現(xiàn)技術(shù)(VRT)。
結(jié)果  MIP法血管成像能準(zhǔn)確顯示門靜脈癌栓和CTPV側(cè)支血管的情況,包括門靜脈膽支(膽囊靜脈、膽管周圍靜脈叢)和胃支(胃左、右靜脈)等,而VRT效果較差,SSD效果最差。
結(jié)論  采用MIP法重建的多排螺旋CT門靜脈血管成像是顯示門靜脈癌栓和CTPV側(cè)支血管的較好方法。
