目的探討環(huán)氧化酶-2(COX-2)和血管內(nèi)皮生長因子(VEGF)在胰腺癌組織中的表達及與其生物學(xué)行為的相關(guān)性。方法采用免疫組織化學(xué)Envision法對51例胰腺導(dǎo)管癌組織中COX-2和VEGF的表達進行檢測。結(jié)果該51例胰腺導(dǎo)管癌組織中COX-2和VEGF的表達陽性率分別為74.5%和68.6%,而二者在11例癌旁胰腺組織中均未見陽性表達; COX-2和VEGF的表達陽性率在臨床Ⅲ~Ⅳ期明顯高于臨床Ⅰ~Ⅱ期,淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移陽性組明顯高于淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移陰性組,其差異均有顯著性意義(P<0.05); COX-2和VEGF的表達與胰腺癌的組織學(xué)分級、患者的性別、年齡以及腫瘤的大小和部位無關(guān)(P gt;0.05); COX-2的表達與VEGF的表達呈正相關(guān)(r=0.411, P<0.01)。結(jié)論COX-2和VEGF可能在胰腺癌的發(fā)生、發(fā)展過程中起著關(guān)鍵性作用,二者在血管生成過程中密切相關(guān),可能為胰腺癌的治療提供新的靶點,值得深入探討。
