目的 評價B超引導(dǎo)下經(jīng)皮經(jīng)肝膽囊穿刺引流術(shù)（PC）治療老年急性重癥膽囊炎的效果。
方法 18例重癥膽囊炎的老年患者接受了在局部麻醉下經(jīng)皮經(jīng)肝穿刺膽囊置管引流。
結(jié)果 所有患者穿刺置管成功，無一例發(fā)生并發(fā)癥，且癥狀及體征均于術(shù)后24～48 h明顯改善。
結(jié)論 PC是一種微創(chuàng)、有效、廉價、可靠的治療老年急性重癥膽囊炎的方法。
