目的 探討急性胰腺炎及其并發(fā)癥的CT表現(xiàn)和急性胰腺炎嚴(yán)重程度的評(píng)價(jià)方法。
方法 回顧C(jī)T診斷急性胰腺炎及其并發(fā)癥、評(píng)價(jià)急性胰腺炎嚴(yán)重程度的文獻(xiàn)。
結(jié)果 CT增強(qiáng)掃描早期判斷胰腺壞死的檢測(cè)率為90%，而對(duì)發(fā)病4 d后評(píng)價(jià)胰腺壞死的敏感性幾乎為100%，急性胰腺炎CT嚴(yán)重度指數(shù)與胰腺局部并發(fā)癥的發(fā)生和急性胰腺炎死亡率有極好的相關(guān)性。
結(jié)論 CT增強(qiáng)掃描能顯示胰腺壞死、評(píng)價(jià)炎性過程的范圍和發(fā)現(xiàn)局部并發(fā)癥，是綜合評(píng)價(jià)急性胰腺炎的首選影像學(xué)方法。
