目的 探討環(huán)氧合酶2（COX2）在胃癌組織中的表達及其臨床意義。方法應(yīng)用SP免疫組織化學(xué)方法檢測47例胃癌及16例正常胃組織中COX2的表達及其與幽門螺桿菌在胃癌組織中感染的關(guān)系。結(jié)果正常胃組織中未見COX2表達，胃癌組織中COX2表達陽性率為63.8%（30/47），其陽性表達與腫瘤的TNM分期及淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移相關(guān)（P＜0.01），幽門螺桿菌感染陽性組中COX2表達陽性率為72.4%（21/29），顯著高于幽門螺桿菌陰性組的50.0%（9/18），P=0.02。結(jié)論COX2的表達參與胃癌的發(fā)生及惡性進展，COX2的檢測有助于評價胃癌的生物學(xué)行為。
